Company Statement & Background:

Proficy Digital is the leading full-service digital marketing agency specializing in the automotive industry. Proficy empowers OEM clients and franchised dealerships to seamlessly integrate an AI/ML-based omnichannel platform, driving incremental sales and profitability.

General Summary:

The Automotive Digital Consultant works directly with users of the Proficy Digital omni-channel marketing solution. This includes onboarding new clients, monitoring activity and proactively suggesting modifications to the program to deliver on objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital advertising strategies in support of client objectives.
  • High-level dealer knowledge and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner
  • Set-up and optimize the digital advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Excited and confident to engage directly with clients to hear feedback and solve problems.
  • Actively monitor the delivery of campaigns. Provide optimization recommendations and day-to-day reporting and post campaign analysis reports.
  • Provide thoughtful collaboration with strategy, analytics, creative, and engagement teams.
  • Develop a list of digital asset requests on a campaign to campaign basis. Evaluate opportunities for A/B creative and/or audience testing. Partner with paid media agency to conduct in-market analysis, creating plans to pivot as needed.
  • Partner with client marketing managers to develop the marketing strategy by preparing competitive analysis, leveraging analytics to recommend campaign optimization, and putting together materials to communicate strategy to both internal and external partners.
  • Other administrative tasks as directed.


Requirements:

Required Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including consensus building and conflict resolution.
  • Google Ads and Bing certifications are highly preferred. Those candidates who do not possess these certifications will be required to achieve them upon hire.
  • Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Suite, advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • High level of confidence and self-motivation. A curious leader that strives excellence in their work.
  • Digital savviness is required. Strong experience and comfort working in search, display, video, OTT/CTV and social media landscapes. Platforms of interest are Amazon, Meta, Pinterest, and Google.
  • Strong project management skills are preferred

Education and Experience:

  • An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in marketing, advertising or a related field is preferred; a secondary degree in business or similar will be strongly considered.
  • At least ten years of end-to-end automotive retail experience required.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
