Role Summary
The Associate Creative Director, Copy is a senior creative lead responsible for shaping the voice and narrative quality of OneMagnify's work across B2B digital campaigns, content programs, and customer experience platforms. You'll partner closely with art directors, strategists, and account teams to develop ideas that are as smart as they are resonant - work that moves complex organizations and the people inside them. This role sits within our creative practice and has direct impact on the quality and consistency of output across a range of enterprise clients. You'll also play a hands-on mentorship role with junior writers, helping raise the craft bar across the team.
The Impact You'll Have
You'll work across the full content ecosystem: long-form thought leadership, campaign concepting, UX writing, email nurture, and sales enablement. That breadth means you'll need strong instincts about what each format demands - and when to push for a bigger idea versus when execution is the job.
