Job Description:

Overview:

·       We are seeking a versatile professional who excels in both product design and business analysis. 

·       A dynamic professional who seamlessly integrates the creative aspects of product design with the analytical rigor of business analysis. 

·       Someone to facilitate discussions through 1-on-1 interviews and in group settings, translate those requirements in mock screens, work with PM and SWE to clarify the expectations and facilitate user group meetings.

·       This hybrid role is pivotal in bridging user needs, business objectives, and technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and effective products.

·       The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative design thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to drive product innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in design, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

·       7+ years proven experience in both product design and business analysis roles.

·       Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel). Jira experience is highly desirable.

·       Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, journey mapping and persona development.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.

User-Centered Design:

·       Conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviors and needs.

·       Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user experience.

·       Create journey maps and develop detailed user personas to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with user expectations.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that align with business goals.

Business Analysis:

·       Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.

·       Translate requirements into well-defined Agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitating effective communication with development teams.

·       Utilize JIRA to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
