Job description

Position Summary

The Commercial Partnership Operations Manager is responsible for executing and managing CallOnDoc's commercial partnership operating process from inbound partner inquiry through executive approval, implementation, onboarding, launch, and ongoing operational success.

Working closely with executive leadership, this role ensures every partnership opportunity is objectively qualified, documented, prioritized, and prepared for executive decision-making before engineering, product, clinical, legal, finance, and operational resources are committed.

Following executive approval, this individual becomes the primary operational owner of the partnership, coordinating internal stakeholders, facilitating implementation, managing partner onboarding, monitoring launch readiness, and serving as the primary operational point of contact for B2B partners.

This is not a sales role, not a quota-carrying business development position, and not a technical project management role. Instead, this position serves as the operational owner of CallOnDoc's B2B partnership lifecycle, ensuring qualified opportunities progress efficiently from intake through launch while maintaining exceptional partner experience and cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, technically fluent, and an exceptional communicator who enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams and building operational excellence.

Primary Areas of Ownership1. Partnership Intake & Qualification

Manage the intake and qualification process for all inbound B2B partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Review all inbound partnership inquiries.

  • Validate completeness of partner intake forms.

  • Research prospective partners and their business models.

  • Categorize opportunities into the appropriate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Complete CallOnDoc's Executive Qualification Framework (EQF).

  • Evaluate service compatibility, operational compatibility, readiness, business viability, and decision-maker engagement.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and qualification documentation.

  • Identify missing information and coordinate follow-up with prospective partners.

Deliverables
  • Executive Qualification Framework (EQF)

  • Partner profile summaries

  • Executive qualification recommendations

  • Executive briefing documents

2. Executive Commercial Operations

Prepare executive decision briefs that support commercial evaluation and leadership review.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare concise executive summaries for qualified opportunities.

  • Identify key risks, assumptions, blockers, and open questions.

  • Categorize opportunities using CallOnDoc's established ICP framework.

  • Present recommendations using executive review templates.

  • Track executive decisions and ensure timely follow-up.

3. Cross-Functional Partnership Coordination

Following executive approval, coordinate internal stakeholders to prepare partnerships for successful implementation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Product, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Implementation teams. Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the partnership scope, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and required deliverables. Track implementation readiness milestones, proactively identify execution risks, facilitate resolution of cross-functional issues, and escalate critical blockers when necessary.4. Partner Onboarding, Launch & Success

Serve as the operational owner of approved partnerships from implementation through successful launch and ongoing operational support.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate partner onboarding and implementation activities.

  • Schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings.

  • Manage onboarding checklists and launch readiness.

  • Coordinate partner training and operational documentation.

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for B2B partners.

  • Conduct routine partner check-ins during the first 90 days following launch.

  • Coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor implementation progress, operational health, and partner adoption.

  • Organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for strategic partners.

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and future expansion.

  • Escalate partner risks and operational issues to executive leadership when appropriate.

5. Commercial Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Support continuous improvement of CallOnDoc's commercial partnership operating system.

Responsibilities

Maintain executive dashboards that track active partnership opportunities, qualification status, pipeline progression, executive approvals, technical handoffs, implementation status, launch readiness, partner onboarding progress, active partner health, and key risks and blockers.

Recommend improvements to commercial processes, documentation, partner experience, and cross-functional execution.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Partner Operations, Healthcare Operations, Customer Success Operations, Product Operations, Implementation Coordination, Program Coordination, or a similar cross-functional operations role.

  • Experience working in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, health technology, or another regulated industry preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong executive writing and presentation abilities.

  • Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.

  • Comfortable working directly with executive leadership.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to independently prioritize work and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting B2B partnerships or enterprise customers.

  • Experience managing partner onboarding or customer success.

  • Experience preparing executive summaries or executive briefing documents.

  • Familiarity with telemedicine or healthcare operations.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

  • Experience working alongside engineering and product teams.
