The position that is open is for scheduling patients, calling patients on a daily basis, and keeping our schedule full. Other duties will be helping out in the front with administration and helping keeping the office clean and running smoothly.

We are searching for a highly reliable, motivated, punctual, and cheerful person to join our dental family. Someone who can greet patients joyfully in person and over the phone.

Candidate must be confident, clear, not embarrassed when talking on the phone. Must be able to carry a conversation and be friendly. Must be able to speak Spanish.

-Dental experience in front desk is a plus

-Must be dependable, come to work and be on time.

-Using Open Dental for dental practice management software

-We will also train administration and front desk so you are able to help out on slow days. Some of the duties that involve for front administration are to verify insurances, schedule patients, make appointments, make and answer phone calls, treatment planning presentation and converting same day treatment, sending and collecting claims, taking payments, Greeting patient upon arrival, check patients in and out, confirming appointments, maintaining schedule, etc.

- Comfortable with Medicaid, PPOs, and dental insurances.

-Maintain office flow, punctuality and productivity.

- Be able to solve problems on their own

-Willing to cross train and perform expanded duties.

*****Pay will range and be assessed on an individual basis due to experience $12-13

Days available for position: Monday-Fridays (Some Saturdays if needed)

Hours: Monday: 10am-2pm: Tuesday: 9-5pm; Wednesday: 11am-7pm; Thursday: 11am-7pm; Friday: 9am to 5 pm
