As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing program information, assisting with online portal password resets, and ensuring every caller receives professional, compassionate support.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for program participants and beneficiaries.
  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate program and account information.
  • Assist customers with online consumer portal password resets.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the call tracking system.
  • Escalate calls to leadership or appropriate agencies when necessary.
