As a
Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing program information, assisting with online portal password resets, and ensuring every caller receives professional, compassionate support.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for program participants and beneficiaries.
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate program and account information.
- Assist customers with online consumer portal password resets.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the call tracking system.
- Escalate calls to leadership or appropriate agencies when necessary.
- Explain program requirements clearly and professionally.
- Identify trends in customer questions and recommend service improvements.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints according to established procedures.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and customer service performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of six months of call center experience.
- An associate degree or higher may substitute for the required call center experience.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Must successfully pass a customer service assessment.
