Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a bilingual Call Center Representative to join their client's healthcare team in St. George, Utah. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to schedule health screenings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
  • Work closely with team members to support daily operations.
  • Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Handle a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required Work Hours
