The Maintenance Call Center Operator also facilitates workflow by creating work orders for various departments within UAMS, this is vital to the timely response to facility related issues and customer work requests.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma plus 5 years of maintenanceexperience or call center experience
  • Computer program proficiency level: Intermediate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of maintenance in a healthcare setting
