With the opening of the Crisis Recovery Center in September 2025, the DuPage County Health Department achieved a milestone in building the ideal behavioral health crisis system for our community. We are excited to offer this leadership opportunity in Crisis Services as a key role in supporting the expansion and enhancement of the continuum of Crisis Services available to county residents who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis.

About Crisis Services & The Crisis Recovery Center The Crisis Recovery Center (CRC) provides 24/7 behavioral health crisis services to county residents experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis; and is the access point for Crisis Residential. With the CRC, DuPage County now has a best-in-class behavioral health system which ensures all DuPage County residents have "someone to contact, someone to respond, and a safe place for help" when experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Job Details An individual in this Crisis Supervisor position will have primary responsibility for overseeing the Crisis Services Call Center operations. Responsibilities will also include supervising the work of professional level staff providing behavioral health crisis interventions and providing training and coaching to crisis services staff. -Full-time position scheduled to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with the ability to have flexibility in hours to meet the needs of staff -The role includes on-call responsibilities that rotate weekly among the team of Crisis Supervisors -The hiring range for this position is $70,895 to $81,595, depending on experience Benefits Galore!
