Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse departments. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles across departments.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media management tools, HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or UltiPro, and other channels to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
  • Engage in talent management activities such as succession planning, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to ensure fair hiring practices while maintaining positive candidate relationships.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on internal recruiting initiatives, campus recruitment events, and sales-driven lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of recruitment activities and candidate data using HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos for accurate reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates through cold calling, research efforts, and ongoing communication skills development.
  • Support training & development programs to enhance team capabilities in HR sourcing, social media management, and employee relations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting or executive recruiting within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, employment & labor law regulations, and applicant tracking systems such as Workday or Tempworks
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and cold calling to generate leads and secure top talent.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms including ADP, Paychex, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro for employee data management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates effectively across multiple channels.
  • Experience in campus recruitment initiatives and succession planning strategies is highly desirable.
