THE JOB:
As a Cage Manager, you play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the Casino Cage and ensuring a smooth, secure, and guest-focused environment. In this role, you'll lead and support your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Oversee all Casino Cage functions, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate end-of-shift bank balancing, and strict adherence to departmental variance policies and Title 31 regulations
  • Champion premier guest service by resolving guest complaints, and overseeing the M life Rewards, MyVegas, and M life Rewards Mastercard programs. Authorized to issue complimentary play and perform tier adjustments in line with company policies
  • Act as a central point of contact, maintaining open and effective communication with Casino, Finance, Marketing, F&B, Hotel, and Retail departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage all Human Resources responsibilities for the department, including interviewing, performance management, and succession planning. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, employee satisfaction, and the company's commitment to diversity

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in cage cashiering required
  • 1+ Years of prior relevant experience of supervisory experience preferred
