Cage Cashier & Caesars Rewards Representative

The Cage Cashier & Caesars Rewards Representative provides efficient, accurate, and friendly services to casino guests, including processing cash, chip, and financial transactions. This role ensures compliance with gaming regulations, maintains balanced funds, and supports a positive guest experience through excellent service and knowledge of casino promotions. Starting Pay: $17.50 plus tips!

How You Will Create the Extraordinary
  • Provide exceptional customer service by accurately cashing out guests, issuing correct change, and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately count, verify, and record assigned funds at the beginning and end of each shift; maintain accountabilities for all transactions.
  • Conduct exchanges with the vault and ensure cash drawers remain balanced, impressed, and compliant with internal controls.
  • Process chip, coin, and financial transactions.
  • Verify and document personal identification for check cashing, cash advances, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare and complete required regulatory documentation.
  • Ensure all transactions follow established security procedures and support a safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Print player cards and manage new/existing accounts in CMS and Leap systems.
  • Verify identification and complete Everi Title 31 related transactions, including check cashing, credit advances, chip cashing, TITO redemption, and marketing cash transactions.
  • Promote current casino events, promotions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain professionalism during high-volume or fast-paced periods while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.
What You Will Need
  • Six months' cashier or banking experience preferred.
  • Read, write, and understand complex instructions and appropriately complete all necessary documentation.
  • Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
  • Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to complete forms and basic mathematical functions.
  • Knowledge of company policy and procedures, IRS Bank Secrecy Act, and internal controls.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
  • Good communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Use of personal computer, 10 key calculator, photocopier, embosser, printer, bar scanner, currency counter, Credit card advances and check cashing system.
  • Valid Colorado Support Gaming License.
