Job description

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience administering Archibus or similar IWMS/CAFM platforms such as TRIRIGA, Planon, FM Systems, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Facilities, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or Space Planning operations
  • Experience with occupancy management, floor plans, workplace operations, and space data management
  • SQL or data querying experience
  • Experience supporting work order and service request management
  • Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams
  • Experience gathering business requirements, conducting UAT, and supporting system enhancements/implementations.


Preferred Skills:

  • AutoCAD and floor plan management experience
  • Reporting and operational data analysis
  • Coordination with IT teams and vendors for system improvements.
