We're growing our team and hiring multiple Cafe Associates to help bring the energy, warmth, and delicious experience of Nutella to guests from around the world. Whether you're welcoming customers, preparing food, or helping keep the cafe running smoothly, you'll play an important role in creating a fun, fast-paced, and positive environment every day.

No previous cafe or restaurant experience? No problem - we'll provide training. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and want to be part of an iconic global brand, we'd love to meet you.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Cafe Associate, you'll help create an exceptional guest experience while supporting day-to-day cafe operations. Responsibilities may include:

  • Welcoming guests and providing friendly customer service
  • Taking orders and processing payments
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment
  • Supporting food preparation, inventory, and back-of-house operations
  • Following food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
About You:

The base salary range for this position is $16.60 - $18.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, provided you are working at least 30 hours per week.
