• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring you establish positive working relationships grounded in trust and ethical practices.
• Conduct regular progress review sessions with clients, discussing their stability, treatment progress, and any necessary adjustments to their therapeutic plans.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes for every client encounter.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment solutions.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote client engagement and progress.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and ensure adherence to professional standards.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and continuity of treatment for clients.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population comprising adults, children, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral health issues. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted LPC licensure in New Jersey, demonstrating your ability to provide independent and professional counseling services.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, showcasing your hands-on ability to address diverse client needs.
• Proficiency in using technology, including electronic health record systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools, to manage client interactions effectively.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, equipping you with the skills to engage clients effectively.
• Comfort and experience conducting intake assessments to facilitate client admissions and initial treatment planning.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies used in modern mental health counseling practices.
