• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment goals.
• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, demonstrating a strong command of relevant methodologies.
• Provide one-on-one, couples, and group therapy while utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate holistic client care.
• Ensure the maintenance of confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, providing a secure environment for client information.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision, case conferences, and continuing education workshops to enhance personal competencies and overall service delivery.

Preferred candidates will have an established track record of working effectively with clients suffering from various mood disorders, anxiety, and traumatic experiences.
