Work Environment

The LPC will primarily work in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while still being an integral part of our team. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend appointments when necessary to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining professional yet empathetic relationships that inspire trust and promote therapeutic growth.
  • Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, assessing stability and readiness for transition or discharge when appropriate.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation through detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather pertinent client information and assess their mental health needs from the outset.
  • Perform individual therapy sessions each week, offering interventions and support aligned with each client’s treatment objectives.
  • Engage in individual supervision to enhance personal development, gain insights from clinical practices, and foster professional growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize client outcomes and ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.
