As a Chef at our restaurant and bar, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to our vibrant and dynamic kitchen environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning to create innovative and enticing dishes
  • Ensuring Food Quality meets our high standards
  • Implementing Portion Control to manage food costs
  • Utilizing Knife Skills to prepare ingredients with precision
  • Overseeing Back of House operations to maintain efficiency
  • Operating Fryer and Grilling stations effectively
  • Practicing Food Handling and Sanitation protocols
  • Conducting Baking and Food Preparation tasks
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional Quality of Service
  • Managing Food and Beverage inventory
