What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

In a C2C (Corp-to-Corp) arrangement, high-earning freelance or contract roles such as software developers, IT consultants, or project managers can earn $10,000 or more per month without a formal degree, often relying on skills, experience, and certifications. Success in these roles depends on expertise, a strong professional network, and the ability to secure lucrative contracts, typically in technology or consulting fields.

What are some common challenges faced when working in a C2C (Corp-to-Corp) contracting role?

A common challenge in C2C roles is managing multiple administrative tasks, such as invoicing, tax compliance, and contract negotiations, which are typically handled by employers in traditional roles. Additionally, C2C contractors must often handle their own health insurance and retirement planning. Working as a C2C contractor also means building and maintaining business relationships, as well as consistently marketing your services to secure new contracts. Despite these challenges, C2C roles can offer greater flexibility and the potential for higher earnings.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a C2C (Corp-to-Corp) Recruiter, and why are they important?

To excel as a C2C Recruiter, you need strong knowledge of staffing processes, vendor management, and a deep understanding of various IT roles, usually supported by experience in technical recruiting. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and compliance with employment regulations is essential. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills help you stand out in securing talent and managing both client and consultant expectations. These abilities ensure successful placements, compliance, and long-term partnerships in the competitive staffing industry.

How to get C2C jobs in the USA?

To get C2C (Corp-to-Corp) jobs in the USA, candidates typically need to have an established business entity such as an LLC or corporation, as these roles involve working as an independent contractor through a business. Employers often require relevant skills, certifications, and experience in the specific field, along with the ability to handle contractual and tax responsibilities associated with C2C arrangements.

Is it better to work on W2 or C2C?

For C2C (Corp-to-Corp) employment, workers are typically independent contractors responsible for their own taxes and benefits, while W2 employees have taxes withheld and may receive benefits from the employer. C2C often offers higher pay rates but requires managing taxes and insurance independently, whereas W2 positions provide more stability and employer-sponsored benefits. The choice depends on individual preferences for stability versus flexibility and the nature of the job or industry.

What is the difference between C2C vs W2 Developer?

AspectC2C DeveloperW2 Developer
Employment StatusIndependent contractor working through a business or agencyEmployee hired directly by the company
Tax & BenefitsResponsible for own taxes, no employer benefitsEmployer handles taxes, provides benefits
Work EnvironmentTypically remote or client-site, project-basedUsually in-office or remote, full-time
Contract DurationShort-term or project-basedLong-term employment

In summary, C2C developers operate as independent contractors, managing their own taxes and benefits, often working on a project basis. W2 developers are employed directly by companies, with taxes and benefits handled by the employer, usually in a full-time role.

What is C2C in the context of jobs and recruitment?

C2C stands for 'Corp-to-Corp,' which is a type of business arrangement commonly used in the staffing and recruitment industry. In a C2C contract, a company (usually an IT consulting firm) provides the services of its employee or consultant to another company, rather than hiring workers as direct employees or independent contractors. This arrangement allows businesses to work with specialized talent while handling taxes, benefits, and compliance through the consultant's corporation. C2C contracts are popular for short-term or project-based roles, especially in technology and consulting sectors.

The Opportunity:
Most sales roles pay you once and then send you back to zero. At C2C Payments, we help you build a career where your hard work compounds. We are one of the fastest-growing merchant services firms in the USA, providing businesses with the technology to accept credit cards while saving them money on every transaction.

We are hiring Account Executives who want the freedom of a remote/field-based role and the security of a growing, recurring income stream.

The Compensation Structure:

Bi-Weekly Commissions: Get paid for your new sales every two weeks. No waiting months for your hard-earned money.

Monthly Residual Income: Build a "monthly raise" for yourself. You earn a percentage of the processing volume for every account you maintain in your portfolio, paid out every month.

Uncapped Potential: Average first-year earners make $75k–$95k, with top performers building portfolios that pay $100k+ annually.

Recruiting Bonuses: Earn additional income for helping us scale the team.

Your Role as an Account Executive:

90% Field Sales / 10% Remote: You are a local consultant. You will spend your time in the community meeting business owners face-to-face, with the remaining time dedicated to remote training and funnel management.

Consultative Auditing: You’ll use our proven methods to analyze business statements and show owners exactly how much they save by switching to C2C.

Portfolio Ownership: You aren't just a "sales rep"; you manage your accounts to ensure satisfaction and secure your ongoing monthly residuals.

Growth & Support: Attend morning strategy calls and work directly with National Sales Managers who are dedicated to helping you close deals and grow your territory.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-Driven Hunters: You manage your own schedule, so you must have the discipline to hit the pavement and generate leads.

Professional Communicators: You can build rapport quickly and handle objections with a positive mindset.

Integrity: We are a family-oriented company. We do right by our merchants and our team.

Persistence: You understand that "no" is just a step toward "yes."

The Perks:

Create Your Own Schedule: You are an ISO Partner—you are the boss of your time.

Steady Cash Flow: Bi-weekly commission checks keep your finances stable while you build your residuals.

Industry-Leading Training: Extensive remote video training to turn you into a payment processing expert.

Support System: Direct access to managers to help you close big accounts and review your progress.
