What is business turnaround?

Business turnaround refers to the strategic process of revitalizing a struggling or underperforming company to restore its profitability and stability. This typically involves analyzing the root causes of poor performance, restructuring operations, cutting costs, and implementing new management strategies. The goal is to stabilize finances, improve operational efficiency, and return the business to sustainable growth. Turnaround specialists may be brought in to lead these efforts, especially when a company faces financial distress or risk of insolvency.
