Introduction

Ahold Delhaize USA associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.

Overview

Serves as the primary execution and decision-support lead to the Functional Business Leads and the Legacy OpCo or Supply Chain Leads within their assigned domain. Owns day-to-day execution and coordination of end-to-end process and functional execution, representing ADUSA brands or Supply Chain within defined scope and authority. Partners with cross-functional teams, to execute approved objectives, resolve execution-level decisions, and support the integration of the modern ERP. Supports planning and execution of change management activities for the ADUSA brands and Supply Chain, with approvals aligned to established governance and director-level authority. This is a full-time, dedicated role for the duration of the transformation program (estimated 5-7 years).

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary execution and coordination lead to the Functional Business Leads and the Legacy OpCo or Supply Chain Leads within their assigned domain.
  • Supports defining the future state in their assigned functional area with process design and harmonization, shaping new ways of working and ensuring all aspects of transformation for their domain are aligned to project objectives.
  • Supports the development of domain-specific ERP transformation planning, solution design, and implementation.
  • Supports and enables business process harmonization and functional standardization across Legacy brands or Supply chain subareas to enable scalable, cross-enterprise transformation.
  • Work closely with a broad network of SMEs from the Legacy OpCo or Supply Chain, enabling alignment, end-to-end process support, change management activities, and functional execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Transformation Functional Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration and alignment with transformation governance structures.
  • Support and work closely with IT and System Integrator teams to prepare, validate, and coordinate business inputs for solution design, testing, alignment and deployment.
  • Supports planning and coordination of ERP deployment activities across the business function, collaborating and gaining alignment across other functional areas in coordination with Change Management.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business process management, domain leadership, or enterprise transformation, with hands-on involvement supporting a functional domain in a large-scale ERP or enterprise technology program.
  • Proven success defining and operationalizing future-state business processes, ways of working, and value realization strategies in multi-brand, complex organizational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-functional process integration, interdependencies, and harmonization.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and functional leaders to drive process decisions and resolve conflicts.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and driving adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working at scale.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and sustaining value post-implementation.
  • 25-50% travel required on average, with fluctuations by program phase; in-person work will be expected across campuses as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related discipline).
  • Experience in the retail or grocery industry.
  • Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP platforms.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $120,960 - $181,440

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $139,120 - $208,680

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
