Our client is a roadway system and as a part of their digital transformation they are implementing a solution based on SAP BRIM & Microsoft Dynamics CE.


Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking an SAP Business Technology Platform Administratorto be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have an opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

SAP BTP Platform Administration.

  • Administer and manage SAP BTP Global Accounts and Subaccounts across enterprise environments.
  • Configure and manage entitlements and quota assignments to support application deployment and platform scalability.
  • Perform service provisioning, subscription management, and lifecycle management for SAP BTP services and applications.
  • Monitor platform usage, consumption, and capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  • Support SAP BTP environment setup, configuration, and governance activities.

Identity & Access Management.

  • Administer user management, role collections, authorizations, and access controls within SAP BTP environments.
  • Configure and maintain Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), and trust configurations between SAP and enterprise identity providers.
  • Support single sign-on (SSO), authentication, and identity federation integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, policies, and governance requirements.

Monitoring, Logging & Operational Support.

  • Configure and manage SAP Alert Notification Service for proactive monitoring and incident notification.
  • Enable, manage, and analyze audit logs and application logs for operational monitoring, troubleshooting, security analysis, and compliance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain operational monitoring procedures, alerts, dashboards, and support documentation.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for SAP BTP platform services and integrations.
  • Coordinate with SAP Basis, Security, Infrastructure, Development, and Functional teams to support enterprise cloud operations.

Documentation & Governance.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, configuration standards, and support runbooks.
  • Participate in platform governance, change management, release management, and compliance activities.
  • Assist with platform upgrades, service updates, patching, and cloud optimization initiatives.
  • Support disaster recovery, backup validation, and operational continuity planning activities.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP administration, cloud platform administration, or enterprise application support.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Experience managing:
    • Global Accounts & Subaccounts.
    • Entitlements & Quota Assignments.
    • Service Provisioning & Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience with:
    • User Management & Role Collections.
    • Identity Provisioning & Trust Configuration.
    • SAP IAS and IPS services.
  • Experience configuring and managing SAP Alert Notification Service.
  • Experience enabling and managing audit logs and application logs.
  • Knowledge of SAP cloud security, identity federation, and authentication concepts.
