What You'll Do

In this highly visible role, you'll partner closely with our Chief Compliance Officer and team members throughout the firm to:

✅ Support regulatory filings, compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, and policy administration

✅ Assist with employee compliance training and ongoing compliance initiatives

✅ Help maintain and strengthen EIG's compliance program

✅ Serve as the first point of contact for internal technology support

✅ Troubleshoot technology issues and coordinate solutions with external technology partners

✅ Assist with technology systems, user administration, and ongoing operational improvements

✅ Contribute to special projects that improve processes, efficiency, and the employee experience
