Primary Responsibilities:
Due to our continued growth we are currently seeking Technology Warehouse Associate candidates to support our warehouse / device operations team. This position will report to a team lead and be responsible for general inventory related tasks such as shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, physical inventory counting, inventory transfers as well as other jobs as assigned. In addition to warehouse specific activities, this position will be responsible for the activation and testing of telematics devices, and for troubleshooting / resolving issues that prevent devices from successfully being able to be shipped to customers. Candidates must be detail oriented and possess strong customer service skills. We are looking for a team player that enjoys working with and around others. Candidates must have strong time management, data entry skills, strong organization and the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • This is an entry level position targeted toward an individual looking to join a rapidly growing organization.
    • Experience working in a warehouse environment required
    • Inventory control experience optional but preferred
    • Experience with an inventory management system preferred
    • Experience with PC and PC applications
    • Comfortable with technology
    • Familiarity with electronics desirable
    • Customer service experience is desirable
    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
    • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
    • Requires a significant amount of time standing and moving within the facility (~90%), seated at station (~10%) and climbing of ladders to access inventory (~1%).
