As a growing Registered Investment Advisor, we're seeking a Compliance & Technology Associate to help support the systems, processes, and regulatory framework that keep our business running smoothly and our clients protected.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in both financial services compliance and technology operations, making a meaningful impact across the entire organization.

What You'll Do

In this highly visible role, you'll partner closely with our Chief Compliance Officer and team members throughout the firm to:

✅ Support regulatory filings, compliance monitoring, recordkeeping, and policy administration

✅ Assist with employee compliance training and ongoing compliance initiatives

✅ Help maintain and strengthen EIG's compliance program

✅ Serve as the first point of contact for internal technology support

✅ Troubleshoot technology issues and coordinate solutions with external technology partners

✅ Assist with technology systems, user administration, and ongoing operational improvements

✅ Contribute to special projects that improve processes, efficiency, and the employee experience

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Curious and eager to learn
• Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting
• A strong communicator with a service-first mindset
• Able to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Experienced within a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA), broker-dealer, financial institution, or regulated industry preferred.
• Has a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and business technology systems.
• Motivated to grow their career within the financial services industry
