Job description

WatchGuard is seeking an experienced Manager of Business Systems to own the sales system architecture and data management of our go-to-market technology stack, primarily Salesforce and Outreach, along with other sales tools as needed. In this role you will design scalable, well-integrated systems, safeguard data quality and governance, and partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and IT to enable an efficient, data-driven global sales organization. This hands-on leadership role is central to supporting WatchGuard’s channel-driven, two-tier GTM model and global customer base.
