As our Business Systems Manager, you are responsible for enterprise-level ownership, governance, and forward development of the ServiceTitan platform across all Adams divisions and locations. This role ensures ServiceTitan operates as Adams' structured operating system-driving clarity, consistency, scalability, and operational discipline.
This role serves as System Architect, Governance Authority, Adoption Leader, and Integration Strategist. While not responsible for production or P&L outcomes, this position ensures that system design, workflow configuration, and reporting structure accurately support operational execution and long-term enterprise growth.
This is a growth-track position with a defined path to Director of Business Systems within 18-24 months based on demonstrated architectural thinking, leadership maturity, and roadmap execution.
Strategic Mandate (First 12-24 Months)
  • Stabilize platform adoption and eliminate workflow inconsistency.
  • Standardize cross-division configuration and governance.
  • Build and execute a 24-month enterprise roadmap.
  • Expand integrations and automation capabilities.
  • Establish sustainable governance framework and approval protocols.

Core Responsibilities
Integrity & Governance
  • Establish and enforce enterprise configuration standards.
  • Maintain structured approval process for pricebook, workflows, automation changes.
  • Protect reporting integrity through disciplined architecture.
  • Conduct quarterly system audits.

People & Adoption
  • Drive measurable improvement in field and office adoption.
  • Develop structured training programs and documentation library.
  • Create accountability mechanisms for workflow compliance.
  • Coach leaders on system discipline and usage standards.

Partnership & Integration
  • Partner with Operations to align system workflows with field execution.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure structural alignment.
  • Oversee API integrations and Microsoft 365 automation strategy.
  • Support expansion into new services, divisions, or acquisitions.

Excellence & Architecture
  • Own enterprise scheduling logic, technician configuration, and dispatch rules.
  • Standardize pricebook architecture across divisions.
  • Maintain KPI dashboard alignment.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation.

Stewardship in Action
  • Build scalable system foundation for long-term growth.
  • Prevent configuration drift and fragmentation.
  • Delegate operational execution to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to digital transformation planning.

Physical Demands:
This position is based in an office setting and involves standard computer and phone use.
