Job description

Systems & Integrations Specialist
Concordia Supply | Rancho Cucamonga, CA | Full-Time | On-Site

We supply 100,000+ Christian churches across the country with the tools they need to serve their congregations. Our tech team of four keeps the engine running, and we take that responsibility seriously as an act of stewardship.

The Role

This is a two-phase growth track. You'll start by owning product data integrity across our e-commerce stack (NetSuite, BigCommerce, n8n), learning the systems from the ground up. Once you've mastered the manual flow, you'll shift into identifying bottlenecks and building automations and AI-driven workflows to eliminate them.

You're a fit if you:

  • Have strong logical reasoning and a natural inclination toward making technology work for you, whether that's complex workflows, basic scripting, or strategic use of AI
  • Have an uncompromising eye for detail and understand that a mistake in shipping dimensions or vendor rules is a logistical failure, and you value being right over being merely fast
  • Don't wait for instructions when you hit a roadblock and dig into documentation and use AI to troubleshoot before escalating
  • Find fulfillment in doing a job well regardless of how unglamorous the task, and see technical work as a genuine opportunity to serve the Church

A note on culture

We're a Christ-centered team. That means we talk about theology, we pray together, and we think about our work as serving the Church. If that's the environment you've been looking for, we'd love to meet you.

Location

100% on-site in Rancho Cucamonga. Hybrid (1-2 days/week) available after onboarding for candidates with 45+ minute commutes. Not a remote role.
