What are systems integrations?

Systems integrations refer to the process of connecting different IT systems, software applications, or hardware devices so they function together as a coordinated whole. This process enables data to flow smoothly between systems, improves efficiency, and reduces manual work by automating data exchanges. Systems integrations are commonly used in businesses to connect applications such as customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other business tools. Successful integration ensures that all parts of an organization’s technology infrastructure communicate effectively, supporting better decision-making and streamlined operations.
