Job Purpose: Reporting to the Snr.Director, Corporate Sustainability, this role will serve as programmanager for global sustainability initiatives across the company's operationsand supply chain to ensure alignment with corporate goals, regulatory requirements,and stakeholder expectations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Management
• Establishand manage the global project management framework for corporate sustainabilityinitiatives.
• Establishstandard project methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure consistentplanning and execution.
• Manageprogram/project portfolios, supporting resource allocation, and trackingperformance to ensure timely delivery.
StrategicAlignment
• Translatecorporate sustainability strategy into actionable project roadmaps with cleartimelines, owners, and KPIs.
• Evaluateproject proposals for alignment with regulatory requirements, climatecommitments, and business priorities.
• Quantifyand communicate outcomes of sustainability initiatives (e.g. cost savings, riskmitigation, compliance, brand value).
Sustainability Management Systems
• Lead therollout of a Sustainability Management System across global operations.
• Defineand enforce standards and processes to embed Sustainability into core businessoperations.
• Driveconsistency in metrics, data collection, and reporting across global sites tofacilitate reporting of sustainability data.
• Ensureintegration with existing management systems, including the Environmental,Health & Safety management system, to ensure seamless data flow andoperational alignment
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Coordinateexecution with the finance, legal, facilities, operations, engineering, supplychain, and EHS, to ensure alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
• Engagewith external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, auditors, and industrygroups, along with customer and suppliers to meet reporting and compliancerequirements.

Data Management & Analysis

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
• Monitoremerging sustainability reporting trends, and regulatory changes acrossrelevant jurisdictions.
• Identifyand implement efficiency improvements in sustainability-related processes andsystems.
• Benchmarkperformance against industry standards and integrate best practices.
Key Competencies & Skills:
