We are hiring for the role of Senior Business Analyst. Below are the key details:

Role Overview
This role supports a large-scale financial systems modernization initiative involving business process analysis, reengineering, and system remediation. The position focuses on evaluating impacts to financial-related systems, documenting business processes, and supporting alignment with a new enterprise financial management solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze impacts to financial systems and business processes

  • Develop business process diagrams, requirements, and technical impact analyses

  • Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend remediation or decommissioning

  • Document inputs and outputs for financial system interfaces

  • Facilitate requirements sessions and support business process redesign

  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications

  • Coordinate testing strategies and support user acceptance testing

  • Manage user stories and participate in SCRUM ceremonies

  • Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and executive summaries

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business process reengineering and documentation

  • Experience in a professional financial environment

  • Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills

  • Experience with financial systems and complex interfaces

  • Knowledge of relational databases

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM

Preferred Skills

  • SCRUM Master or Product Owner certification

  • Knowledge of mainframe programming languages and systems

  • Experience with data conversion and data validation techniques

  • Knowledge of UML and enterprise documentation tools

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or financial related field and two years' professional work experience. Work experience can substitute on a year for year basis for the degree. Special consideration will be given to candidates with Six Sigma certification or similar business analysis and engineering certifications.
