Familiarity with BPM tools like Visio, Lean Six Sigma certification, and experience with ERP systems are typically required. Excellent communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential soft skills for driving successful transformation. These skills ensure effective redesign of processes, alignment with organizational goals, and sustainable improvements in efficiency and performance.
