Job Summary:

Provide international acquisition, programmatic, general portfolio management, and FMS financial services to meet international obligations. This includes support for FMS and Building Partnership Capacity (BPC) case development, execution, system acquisition and delivery, asset tracking, sustainment, and case closure, strategic international engagement activities and business process engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Improves international acquisition activities by analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes. Responsible for assessing current ("as-is") processes across areas such as Foreign Military Sales, technology release, international agreements, and training coordination, documenting workflows, and identifying inefficiencies. Design improved ("to-be") processes aligned with strategic goals, supported by business case analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes. The role also includes establishing performance metrics and continuous monitoring to track effectiveness, leveraging technology and automation to streamline operations, and supporting system enhancements. Facilitates stakeholder engagement through workshops, communication plans, and training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree with Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)

Required Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role. Familiarity with International Acquisition, Security Assistance/Security Cooperation. Proficiency in process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN). Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
