Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team to support our government clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skills with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of collaborators, and build CGS' capabilities serving our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will:
  • Analyze and critique as is business processes and create to-be business processes that include the platform application to improve efficiencies.
  • Review user's requests for new or modified computer programs to resolve feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities, analyze and outline steps required to develop programs, using structured analysis and design, plan, develop, test, and document computer programs, applying knowledge of applicable computer system/platform application.
  • Provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements.
  • Use available computer systems to support management's quest for performance improvement to resolve most useful business solution.
  • Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular collaborator meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress.
  • Resolve and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects; review and analyze information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures.
  • Provides expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.
  • Responsible for transitioning existing organizations to accomplish goals or project objectives through improved use of automated processes.
  • Support activity and data modeling, development of upgraded business methods, identification of standard processes, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
  • Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Serve as the key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and application of standard processes including automation, RPA and/or AI.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to other contractors on the team.
  • Participate in agile development projects, document user stories, lead scrum meetings and other agile ceremonies.

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
  • Associate degree or Equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as a technical business or data analyst with ServiceNow or similar platform
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation development) with customers and end-users, and team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Working knowledge and experience with Agile development practices and ceremonies

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • ServiceNow experience and relevant certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certified
  • Experience with CMDB, SACM and/or Service Catalogue analysis
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices
  • ITIL Foundations training or certification
  • Experience with JIRA or other related agile development application
