Job description

About the role

Reporting into Partner Operations & Systems within Partner Experience, this role is the operations generalist behind the partner program - an ecosystem growing quickly, with volume growing faster and an operational layer still being designed.

The role has two anchors: intake - owning the front door for new process requests and building the intake process itself - and flexibility, serving as the generalist allocated to the most pressing operational issue at the time. You'll serve as the central hub for partner experience, working cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, Sales, Enablement, Product, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategy.

Key responsibilities
  • Own intake for new process requests: triage, scope, and prioritize needs across the partner organization and decide what gets built
  • Design new partner operations processes from zero to one: stand up the workflow, documentation, and requirements, and iterate with data
  • Build new AI automations with Claude: create and run Claude-powered automations and AI workflows across partner operations, taking them from prototype to production and improving them with use
  • Take on special operations projects: join small cross-functional teams on priority initiatives
  • Run the process and data side of registrations, referrals, incentives, applications, and onboarding, keeping the data decision-grade
  • Encode program policy in the systems: work with program owners so rules are enforced by systems, and own data hygiene for the partner record of truth
  • Enable partners and internal teams: build the guidance partners, Partner Managers, and Account Executives need for new initiatives
  • Collaborate across go-to-market: partner with Sales, Finance, Enablement, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to stay aligned with the business
  • Measure what matters: establish service levels and report on volume, cycle time, and the metrics that show what to fix next
Minimum qualifications
  • 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking, ideally paired with 1-3+ years in business operations, partner/channel operations, product operations, or a comparable role at an AI, enterprise software, or technology company
  • Strong project management ability with experience influencing cross-functional operational initiatives
  • Hands-on experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools, and comfort running and improving them at operational volume
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Hex, Looker, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with deal registration systems, partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, and commission management tools
  • Previous experience at an AI/ML or other fast-scaling technology company
  • Experience with partner or channel program design, including tiering and program benefits
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting, data imports, and workflow configuration
  • A track record of standing up operational processes, service levels, and reporting from scratch
  • Experience on a tiger team or task force assembled to solve high-priority problems quickly
