Position Title: Business Operations Assistant

Reports To: Managing Director

Indirect Reporting: Departmental Managers/Directors on a Project Assignment Basis

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt


Summary

The Business Operations Generalist supports multiple departments through project coordination, administrative support, business systems management, process improvement initiatives, reporting, and operational execution.


Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects and track deliverables as directed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
  • Assist with documentation, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, visitor activities, and company events.
  • Support trade show logistics and customer visits.
  • Generate reports and dashboards.
  • Support CRM administration and customer data management.
  • Assist with onboarding and training documentation.
  • Support process standardization and efficiency initiatives.
  • Support members of management team, professional staff as directed

  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams strongly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • CRM system experience preferred
  • SharePoint or document management experience preferred
  • Strong reporting and data organization skills
