Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Operations Specialist (Level 4) for the Manufacturing & Safety Business Operationsteam location in Everett, Washington.

In this role you will coordinate complex program activities, translate strategic priorities into executable plans, and ensure day-to-day operational continuity across multiple teams. You will be a proactive problem-solver who anticipates risks, drives process improvements, and creates the systems and reporting that enable leaders to act with confidence. This position blends hands-on program execution with strategic influence-perfect for a seasoned operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Who We're Looking For (Basic Qualifications):

  • Experienced with 5+ years in project or program management, demonstrating the ability to lead or support cross-functional efforts.

  • Adept at creating operational rhythms, with 5+ years experience managing integrated schedules, and developing actionable business metrics.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Proficient in project management software (MSProject, Smartsheet)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, driven to solve problems and enhance operational excellence.

  • Collaborative communicator, comfortable working across teams and with leadership to influence and align priorities.

  • 5+ years experience engaging with senior leaders and contributing to organizational strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent applied experience in a relevant discipline.

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is advantageous. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
