Join our team at Brockton Post Acute as a Business Office Assistant! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time opportunity available $19/hr-$25/hr.

Responsibilities as a Business Office Assistant:

  • Manage accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain and update the daily facility census with accuracy
  • Assist residents and families with Medicaid applications and long-term care conversions
  • Guide families through the financial process, including documentation and eligibility requirements
  • Communicate with insurance providers, agencies, and internal departments
  • Support overall business office and administrative operations

Qualifications as a Business Office Assistant:
