We are looking for a mid-level business development manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success in the high-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing new sales programs. Among key responsibilities are:
  • Ensure new business sales targets are met. Build and keep a healthy project pipeline outside of established accounts. Lead the company's programmatic sales motion and define policies and actions to maximize sales effectiveness
  • Help increase database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest. Help refine the ideal target customer profile
  • Design and implement effective sales programs. Lead a healthy rhythm of touch points with target customers. Conduct sales meetings and presentations. Orchestrate company resources to drive opportunities to closing
  • Work closely with Principals to identify new opportunities and define effective sales pitches and approaches
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company vision and strategy
  • Support management and decision-making to ensure the company maximizes its short and long-term profitability
  • Develop, review, and report on the business development strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industry
  • Proficiency in the IT landscape, particularly the software industry
  • Ability to develop and retain a portfolio of client relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targets
  • Master level education preferred
