What will I be doing?
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding TreviPay's presence within the commercial vehicle sector. This individual will need to be a true hunter and will develop relationships with key decision-makers and uncover opportunities to help commercial vehicle organizations modernize their B2B payment and invoice process through TreviPay's innovative solutions.
You will:
  • Own and close new enterprise-level opportunities within a defined territory
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, targeted account engagement, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points, business objectives, and growth opportunities
  • Develop customized sales presentations, executive-level decks, and business proposals that clearly articulate client value
  • Craft compelling solution pitches and business cases tailored to each prospect's needs
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition through proactive outbound efforts (cold outreach, events, networking)
  • Lead complex sales cycles (6-12 months), partnering cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to win deals
  • Engage C-level decision-makers, building business cases and aligning solutions to strategic priorities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, helping them solve complex business challenges through TreviPay's solutions while building consensus across stakeholder groups
  • Develop and execute territory plans to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Represent TreviPay at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to build relationshi8ps and generate new opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to design solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to successful close

What do I need to succeed?
Required:
  • 3-5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (solution-based selling)
  • Proven success closing complex, long-cycle deals
  • Experience selling financial, payments, or SaaS solutions
  • Strong ability to influence and sell to C-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
  • Experience in B2B payments, invoicing, financial or fintech required - Commercial Vehicle sector experience is a huge plus!
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree required
