Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Kittanning, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $130,000.00 (+ Car/Cell Phone Allowance, Year-End Bonus) Contractor Work Model: HYBRIDโ€“ onsite and remote Hours: 40.0

Objective: Seeking a Business Development Manager ready to fuel expansion, cultivate key partnerships, and strengthen our presence in the industrial and construction industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a modern, data-driven sales strategy.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance to shape competitive pricing and long-term agreements.
  • Track industry trends and customer insights to refine our approach.
  • Representation at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and industry partners.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of sales leadership experience in mining, energy, industrial, or construction sectors.
  • A strong track record of negotiating contracts and long-term supply agreements.
  • Solid understanding of mineral commodities, logistics, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
