Job Description

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Bring immediate business from known accounts.
Identify new clients (Must Enter Category) in the Embedded services for the specified verticals and actionize plans to build quick revenue streams.
Proactively create and develop business opportunities with new clients (OEM and Tier1's) in order to generate new business and to build relationships
Collaborate with Delivery service lines for demand forecasting, provide talent pipeline visibility for all focus competencies


Requirements
Total 10 to 15 years of industrial experience in Embedded (for at least two of verticals specified above), pre-sales and client solution management.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business development, preferablyย with an Embedded & Electronics service line. Managerial experience in clientย management, customer engagement and account mining.
Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
Experience in handling contracts and NDA's.
Should have done at least 10 to 15 M USD sales in Embedded area.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Electronics/ Control Systems or equivalent
