What You'll Do
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Develop strategic relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofits, sports organizations, and community groups
  • Create and execute intentional outreach plans through networking, in-person meetings, referrals, events, and targeted prospecting
  • Conduct client meetings, facility tours, and community visits to generate new partnerships
  • Own the sales process from initial connection through closing and event execution handoff
  • Collaborate closely with the Event Planning team to help bring client experiences to life
  • Contribute ideas, market feedback, and creative strategies to support business growth
  • Maintain accurate communication, activity tracking, and client notes in TripleSeat CRM
  • Partner with leadership to execute sales initiatives and market strategies
  • Represent Spare Time with professionalism, energy, and creativity in the community

Qualifications:
  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, hospitality, marketing, or community partnerships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable meeting with business leaders, organizational decision-makers, and community partners
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Creative thinker who enjoys identifying opportunities and bringing new ideas forward
  • Comfortable with some outbound outreach and prospecting as part of a broader strategic sales approach
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
