Job Title: Capture & Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS) is looking for a Capture & Business Development Manager who knows how to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while supporting the company's long-term growth strategy. This role leads to capture efforts throughout the federal contracting lifecycle, develops customer and partner relationships, coordinates proposal strategies, and collaborates with operations and executive leadership to increase revenue and expand OTS's market presence. The Director monitors industry trends, identifies upcoming opportunities, and ensures capture activities align with OTS's strategic objectives and business development goals.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Lead OTS's NASA SEWP contract vehicle strategy while supporting business development, capture management, proposal development, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement. Identify and qualify federal opportunities, develop capture plans, build relationships with government agencies and industry partners, coordinate proposal efforts, and support long-term corporate growth initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to expand OTS's federal market presence and increase prime contract awards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Government Contracting, or a related field.

Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
