Business Development Executive Remote information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a business development executive remote?

To thrive as a Business Development Executive (Remote), you need strong sales acumen, market research abilities, and a background in business or related fields, often supported by a bachelor's degree. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, lead generation tools, and digital communication platforms is typically required. Outstanding communication, self-motivation, and relationship-building skills help you excel in a remote, client-facing environment. These skills and qualities are critical for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and effectively managing sales pipelines from a distance.

What does a business development executive do when working remotely?

A Business Development Executive working remotely is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company from a remote location. They conduct market research, reach out to potential clients via email or calls, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Remote work allows them to use digital tools for communication, presentations, and tracking progress, making it possible to manage their responsibilities without being physically present in an office.

How do business development executives working remotely typically collaborate with sales and marketing teams?

Remote Business Development Executives often rely on digital collaboration tools like CRM systems, video conferencing, and instant messaging platforms to stay connected with sales and marketing teams. Regular virtual meetings and shared project management software help align strategies, share client insights, and coordinate outreach efforts. Open and proactive communication is essential to bridge the physical distance, ensure everyone is updated on lead progress, and maintain a unified approach to business growth.

• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, property performance, and owner/investor priorities

• Ability to read and interpret rent rolls, T12s, occupancy trends, and financial performance data

• Experience across conventional, affordable, HUD, Section 8, and B/C value-add communities

• Working knowledge of multifamily debt structures and how financing impacts owner decision-making

PERKS & BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE:
