About the Opportunity

A well-established and rapidly growing mechanical services provider is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth within the commercial sector. This is a true hunter role, focused primarily on prospecting, developing, and closing new preventative maintenance agreements.

The company has a strong market presence, a full suite of service offerings, and a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions across a diverse portfolio of commercial facilities.


What You’ll Do as a Business Development Manager:
  • Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and territory development
  • Identify and close HVAC preventative maintenance (PM) service agreements with commercial clients
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Conduct site visits, job walks, and customer needs assessments
  • Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and contract pricing
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Continuously identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within new accounts
