CFS is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our award-winning, employee-owned team serving the DC/Maryland/Virginia area. This is a client-facing sales role focused on building business relationships, managing accounts, and delivering staffing solutions that make a real impact.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Manage the full business development cycle—from prospecting to closing and account management
