Coverage area: Richmond, Tri Cities, Williamsburg, Fredericksburg : Virginia Beach

Schedule: Days, FT-Monday through Friday with occasional after hours and weekends for special events. Some overnight travel.

As a Director of Business Development, You will:

  • Provide leadership and support to marketing liaisons across the state

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospice and/or home health marketing
  • At least 2 years in marketing leadership or management roles
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth
