BDS Marketing is seeking an authentic, agile and achievement-oriented individual to join our team of business intelligence analysts. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with an innovative and fast-growing Chicago-based client at their corporate headquarters while leveraging best practices from the Irvine-based BI team. REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics or Operations Research 3-5 years of relevant work experience leading and conducting research and data analytics projects.

Familiarity with retail channels and channel marketing analytics Experience in consumer electronics and/or wireless industries preferred Experience interfacing with external clients and interacting with cross-functional teams in multiple geographic areas Experience working with retail POS data to analyze category, brand or product performance Knowledge of one of more BI and Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc) Advanced MS Excel skills (Analysis ToolPak, Macros, PowerPivot, etc.). Highly analytical and detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to anticipate client's needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them Must be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively manage own time while multitasking between multiple project requests in a dynamic business environment with a variety of internal stakeholders, partners and customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
