The Inside Business Development Executive drives new business growth for Sodexo's InReach convenience solutions by developing strategic accounts, building enterprise partnerships, managing sales cycles, and expanding Sodexo's national footprint.

Extensive travel is required to support business needs.

This role centers on identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet client needs and fuel long-term success.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $100130 - $155540

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
