DESCRIPTION
  • Identify and win new clients and major projects across advanced manufacturing, aerospace & defense, energy, batteries, life sciences, and consumer goods sectors.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of target accounts, engaging key decision-makers early in the sales cycle before formal RFP processes.
  • Promote and sell the company's full portfolio of services.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that clearly articulate ROI and long-term business benefits.
  • Leverage the company's global delivery capabilities and technology partnerships, including Digital Twin and NVIDIA Omniverse solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM records.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and project delivery teams to define scope, pricing strategies, and winning proposals.
  • Build strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders and drive long-term account growth.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Account Management within engineering, consulting, industrial services, or capital project environments.
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and winning large-scale industrial projects.
  • Experience selling engineering services, consulting solutions, or capital project services to enterprise-level customers.
  • Industry experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductors, Aerospace & Defense, Energy, Batteries, Life Sciences, or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Smart Factory, Digital Twin, Industry 4.0, and Manufacturing Engineering solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
  • Experience developing sales pipelines, managing forecasts, and utilizing CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, SAP, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • English (C1-C2).
  • German language skills are considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
