Job Description

Seeking a reporting/analytical Business Analyst (Salesforce is required) with 3-5 years of experience.
Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record of providing workshop and training event reporting and analysis with a variety of size and complexities. Under guidance from the project management resources, the business analyst will provide workshop and training event reporting and analysis for a large project that will impact our financial advisor field, field leaders and field staff. Events could be as often as one per week over the course of the next 4-6 months. The types of support needed include using Salesforce information, create excel spreadsheets and provided analysis (i.e. progress of activities tracked in Salesforce, reporting by geographical location or by field leader)
The ideal candidate for this position must possess:
*   The ability to demonstrate self-sufficiency with accessing, processing and interpreting information
  *   Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  *   Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis, modeling and scorecard creation
  *   Desire to satisfy requirements from multiple customers/stakeholders

Qualifications

Specific skills:
*   Experience with Salesforce application
  *   Experience with excel, such as the ability to modify views (filter, hide, group, freeze frames), create and use pivot tables and formulas
  *   Gathering and maintaining data and ensuring accuracy of the data for reporting and analysis.
  *   Creating reports and determining the appropriate report design for various audiences. Refining those reports and models used to conduct analysis effectively.
  *   Performing statistical analysis, modeling, and other quantitative techniques in order to answer business questions, assess business issues and/or recommend courses of action to meet business objectives.
  *   Presenting results of analysis and/or recommendations to portfolio/project managers, business managers, utility partners, and at times external parties.
  *   Establishing scorecards and dashboards with process performance metrics, targets and triggers.
  *   Highly responsive and with an attention to detail
